I'm an addict.

It's true. I am addicted to school. I can't seem to get enough of it.

I have been looking into paralegal programs as of late even though I will not be going back to school. (I just like to pretend so I can trick myself into thinking I have the time and money to go back to school for a career that I love that pays more than $8.50/hr.) ANYWAY... I was looking at online classes since I don't really have the time to have one more place to be during the week. The online program I was looking at costs $351 per credit hour. The total number of hours it takes to complete this program is 96. Making a total of $33,696. (I have been doing this over and over on a calculator because I just cannot except the fact that it would cost that much!) Of course this includes your books, technical support, blah blah blah. Something tells me that if I am going to pay that sort of money, a bachelors degree is the better option.

I then researched the cost for a paralegal program at a local college campus. This is an adult learning class so it meets three nights a week. Total cost... $4,220. And it is taught by lawyers and they have a 98% job placement upon graduation.

Gee... which one is the better option...

I'll take what's behind door #2!

The first class...geez. That's insane. I think it's more than I make in a year.
