I have been faced with quite the task. Take the timid EMTs and get them comfortable with their job. Make them confident. I have no idea how I am going to do this.
Hhmm that's a tough one. Maybe start with finding out why they are timid? If they afraid of messing up, practice practice practice. Or you can do the whole Full Metal Jacket routine, but I am not sure how that would be for volunteer retention.
